The space

Designed with families in mind, this sanctuary is the perfect combination of convenience and comfort, offering all your living needs in one space. Located in Buildings 6 and 11, the Family Suite Room has a furnished balcony with a decent area enough to enjoy an open-air swimming pool view. Luxuriate in the deep-soaking pool, and relax with an array of convenient amenities such as Hi-speed Internet Access (HSIA), unwind on the plush sofa bed for a Netflix movie night with the kids, then indulge in a relaxing hot shower before retreating under the covers to recharge. There’s plenty to explore and wonder in and around SMDC Trees with an 83,502 sq.m. lot area the garden walk path is ideal for jogging, meditation, or chit-chatting with your family and friends beneath the unit.

Guest access

Guests may use the swimming pool at a minimal cost of PHP150/pax (PHP300 on holidays). Pool access coupons can be paid directly to the Admin office of the tower.

Other things to note

- Guest/s and Companion to provide a photocopy of their valid I.D, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit.
- Early check-in is allowed provided the room is empty or there is no current in-house guest, or you may leave the baggage to us and we can deliver it to the room once cleaned.
- For long-term staying guests 12 days and above, we will clean the room every 7(seven) days and change all the linens and towels between 10:00 am till 2:00 pm
- Always lock the door when you leave the place, we will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings during your stay, and you will also be liable for lost items or appliances due to negligence.

Parking

- Free Parking - Located at Mcdonald's or Beside the Road, this is a park at your own risk.
- Outside Parking (Recommended) - This is located just outside the main gate of the property, opposite AlphaSmart and BDO, The parking has 24/7 security. The rate at Php40 1st 2hrs then Php10 for succeeding hours total of Php220/day if left 24hrs
- Inside Parking - This requires a parking voucher which can be purchased ahead, The voucher can be used one time only once you remove your car you will have to use another voucher, Day parking Php50 and Night Parking 150 and total of 200/day if left 24hrs. Parking vouchers can be purchased at the Admin office from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm then 1:00 pm-6:00 pm Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm on Sat then Closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Swimming Pool

- Operating Hours are from 7:00 am till 10:00 pm Opens daily Monday to Sunday.
- Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool and may need to purchase a pool voucher priced at Php150/head for the whole day.
- Guest can procure pool voucher directly to trees admin office from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm then 1 pm-6 pm Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm on Sat then Closed on Sundays and Holidays.
